How do I become an Agent?
You may qualify for eXp Luxury Membership through past sales production or through a Luxury Certification.
Requirements by Production:
- (3) closed sides within the last 24 months at £1,000,000 +
OR
- (3) closed sides within the last 24-month period at 3x Average Sales Price of local MLS*
Requirements by Certification:
You may also qualify to join the division by earning one of the following luxury certifications:
- eXp Luxury Certification
- Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing
Enrollment Fees:
- £1,500.00 (plus applicable taxes) initial enrollment fee
- plus a monthly ongoing enrollment fee of £125.00 (plus applicable taxes)
- £475.00 (plus applicable taxes) Certification Course enrollment fee
Do I need a licence?
In the UK, estate agents are not required to hold a specific licence. However, eXp UK expects its agents to adhere to industry standards and regulations, ensuring professionalism and compliance in all transactions.
Will I get an exclusive area?
eXp UK operates on a collaborative model without exclusive territorial rights. This approach fosters cooperation among agents, allowing you to work across various regions and tap into a broader market, enhancing opportunities for success.
How long does it take to be a member?
The timeline to become an eXp Luxury member varies based on individual circumstances. After joining eXp Realty and meeting the production or certification requirements, the application process for eXp Luxury membership is straightforward. Completion of the eXp Luxury Certification Course is self-paced, enabling you to progress at your own speed.
Once all criteria are met and your application is approved, you’ll gain access to the exclusive benefits of eXp Luxury membership.
