My name is Mark Buchanan.
I’m Mark Buchanan, husband to Julie and dad to our three boys, Jack, Bailey and Morgan. Born and raised in Cumbria, I have spent most of my life living in Workington and have worked across the entire county.
I first started working in property in 2012 dealing with lettings in social housing before moving on to residential sales and lettings. Since then, I have valued and sold hundreds of properties across West Cumbria and Carlisle, working for both excellent local independent agents and also the largest estate agency name in the UK, Purplebricks, where I amassed over 100 5* Feefo and Trustpilot reviews from happy customers. Over the past few years I’ve appeared on numerous episodes of Homes Under The Hammer, covering properties from Beckermet through to Carlisle.
I have developed a true passion for all things property and love helping people to both buy and sell their homes. With that in mind, I aim to offer something very different for estate agency in the area, with a truly customer-centric focus with the customer at the heart of everything thing that I do. Instead of dealing with multiple people within an office, I’ll be there as your personal property consultant to guide you through the process from the initial valuation right up to the key handover. I’ll be there when you need me, seven days a week, outside of the typical 9-5. By focusing on quality rather than quantity, sellers will no longer be just another instruction. We’ll work together to create a bespoke service that’s as unique as your property.
